A good example with a 69.5 cm curved steel blade with single fuller and numbered ‘40893’, with brass habaki, bronze tsuba, the alloy grip with faux menuki and cord, stamped with Tokyo arsenal mark, overall length 92 cm long, in its green painted metal scabbard with matching serial number, some scratches to scabbard, good condition £200-£240
