Roman Imperial Coinage, Claudius (41-54), Denarius, Rome, AD 44-45, ti clavd caesar avg p m tr p iiii around laureate right, rev. paci avgvstae above around Pax-Nemesis winged, draped and advancing right, holding a winged caduceus in left hand pointed downwards towards a snake gliding right before her, with her right hand she pulls out a fold of her robe from her neck, 3.89g/12h (Ghey 398, this coin; BMC 27; RIC 28; RSC 56). A few trifling marks, otherwise good very fine, centrally struck in high relief £1,500-£1,800
