Roman Imperial Coinage, Claudius (41-54), Denarius, Rome, AD 46-47, ti clavd caesar avg p m tr p vi imp xi around laureate head right, rev. paci avgvstae around Pax-Nemesis winged, draped and advancing right, holding a winged caduceus in left hand pointed downwards towards a snake gliding right before her, with her right hand she pulls out a fold of her robe from her neck, 3.79g/6h (Ghey 399, this coin; BMC 40-41; RIC 39; RSC 58). Minute scratch on obverse, otherwise about extremely fine and well struck up, the fields retaining residual lustre £2,000-£3,000
