British Iron Age, CATUVELLAUNI, Cunobelin, AD 8-41, Stater, No Branch type [Class 4], [–]a mv divided by ear of barley with five pairs of grains, two tendrils sprouting from the end of the stalk, rev. cvno below, horse galloping right with pellet mane, star above, pellet in field before horse, 5.46g/7h (Ghey 11, this coin; Sills O–/R74; ABC 2792). On an elongated flan of yellowish gold, very fine and rare, this being struck from an unrecorded obverse die £1,500-£1,800
