Henry George Stokes Bishop served with the 3rd Company of London Yeomanry in Egypt from April 1915. He was commissioned Second Lieutenant, I.A.R.O., in June 1918, and attached to the 1st Battalion 41st Dogras from September 1918. He was released in 1920 and received his Territorial Efficiency Medal in August 1922.
