James III (1460-1488), Halfgroat, Berwick, mm. cross pattée, tressure of eight arcs, trefoils on some cusps, rev. three pellets in first and fourth quarters, mullet of six points in second and third quarters, 1.02g/5h (SCBI 35 –; B 5, fig. 594; S 5278). Fine only but very rare (£500-600)
