Captain Mona James Nat McCreery died of influenza on 21 October 1918 at the Military Hospital, Grimsby, whilst serving with the 3rd Battalion, Royal Dublin Fusiliers. He is buried in Kilkenny (St Canice) Church of Ireland Cathedral, County Kilkenny, Ireland. Sold with copy m.i.c. and seven pages from National Archives correspondence file.
