Harold Ruble Sisney was born on 13 January 1923. He enlisted into the United States Army on 11 February 1943 and served during the Second War. Awarded his Combat Infantryman Badge on 23 March 1945, he was also awarded the Bronze Star for operations during the Central Europe Campaign. He died on 21 March 1975 whilst on the active establishment of the California Air National Guard.
