Bank Melli Iran, obverse and reverse die proofs for 1000 Rials, 1932 (1934), black printing on obverse, green on reverse, Hajier and Ala’a signatures, with typed annotations in margins and ink annotations showing the locations of the secret letters hidden in the printing and used to detect forgeries, in PMG holders 65 EPQ and 64 EPQ, gem/choice uncirculated, unique in this format, secret letters clearly visible under magnification (2 notes)

This is the only denomination of this series to have a reverse proof, as there was no 1000 Rials in the first issue. Interesting to see the Persia in margin crossed out and Iran written instead.
