MILITARY GENERAL SERVICE 1793-1814,5 clasps, St. Sebastian, Nivelle, Nive, Orthes, Toulouse (S. McCulloch, Asst. Surgn. O.M.D.) small edge bruise, otherwise toned, nearly extremely fine and contained in an old fitted case

22 medals issued to the Ordnance Medical Department. Samuel McCulloch was appointed Temporary Assistant Surgeon, O.M.D. on 18 August 1812, and 2nd Assistant Surgeon, O.M.D. on 1 January 1813. He retired on half pay in January 1817, and died at Liverpool on 20 February 1853.
