Defective Medals (3): Military General Service 1793-1814, no clasp (Timothy Kenny, 11th Foot); Crimea 1854-56, no clasp, unnamed, these two with edge bruising, contact marks, fine and better; British South Africa Company Medal 1890-97, for Matabeleland 1893, no clasp (Troopr. P. Forrestall, Victoria Column), note: all three lacking suspensions, this last nearly extremely fine (3) £180-220

Private Timothy Kenny, 11th Foot, was entitled to the clasps, ‘Pyrenees’ and ‘Toulouse’.

P. Forrestall confirmed on Matabeleland 1893 roll as a Trooper in the Victoria Column; also on Mashonaland 1890 roll as a Trooper in the B.S.A. Co. Police (medal unclaimed) and on the Rhodesia 1896 roll as a Lieutenant in the Victoria Rifles.
