Neville Sydney Moss was born in Sydney, N.S.W. on 11 September 1908. He enlisted into the Australian Army at Crows Nest, North Sydney on 10 July 1941. He was posted to the Australian Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. Serving as a Craftsman in the A.I.F. 7th Advance Workshops, he died on 15 June 1946. He was buried in South Brisbane Cemetery. He was the husband of Rita Myrtle Moss of North Sydney, N.S.W.
