Victoria (1837-1901), Penny, 1861, dies Jf, no signature either side, wreath of 16 leaves, lighthouse with rounded top, 9.45g/12h (Gouby M; Bamford 43; F 32 [dies 6+F; Sale, lot 20]; BMC 1645a; S 3954). Light surface marks and high points of reverse weak, otherwise about extremely fine with original colour on obverse, considerably superior to the Bamford specimen and extremely rare (£700-900)
