P.....Infantry (Irish Volunteers), a fine and scarce other cross belt plate c1796-1815, heavy oval brass engraved at the top ‘For Our King’, at the base ‘And Country’, in the centre the crowned Harp and Maid with script initials left and right ‘P’ ‘I’ below the Harp and Maid ‘1796’ ,one hook two studs to the reverse, very good condition £250-350
