Bombay or Bengal Irregular Cavalry, (?) c1857-61, a fine and scarce officer’s silver plated pouch belt plate, Guelphic crown over laurel sprays enclosing a double star of eight and six points respectively, with central monogram ‘BLC’, complete with shaped backing plate and four screw fasteners, stamped ‘Ranken & Co.’ plus the HEIC lion and crown in an oval cartouche, very good condition £200-300
