18th Century, Sedgley Park [School], c. 1799, a copper Reward of Merit medal by T. Wyon Sr, frontal evelation of building, rev. urn on tripod within wreath, 42mm (Taylor 44a; D & W 272/513); together with an engraved silver Reward of Merit medal bearing the monogram jg, 35mm [2]. First extremely fine with much original colour, second very fine and toned, with clip and ring for suspension (£50-70)
