Holdback, for services rendered, May 12th 1904), hallmarked Birmingham 1901, 39 x 36mm; Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Manchester Unity, a heart-shaped silver and enamel badge, named (Pride of Devonport Lodge, T.O.O.-F.M.U., Presented to Sister E.J. Mayburn, August 1931), hallmarked sjs London 1930, 36 x 24mm; The Order of Druids, a silver and enamel badge by W.J. Dingley, named (Presented by Officers & Brothers of Welcome Lodge to Bro. C.S.
