Lizars, seated Hibernia crowning farmworker with wreath, plough and animals at sides, rev. wreath, named (John Davidson, Drumineer, 1844), edge impressed (For the Best Drilled Turnips in the Seaforde and Hollymount Farming Society), 45mm (Lane, Went and Bateson, NSI Occ. Papers 19, no. 1; cf. Spencer 1171). Some light scratching in reverse field, otherwise good very fine and toned, an early award (£80-100)
