Victoria (1837-1901), Young Head, Restrike Pattern Penny, 1860, by J. Moore for E. Shorthouse, in bronzed-copper, laureate bust left, rev. Britannia seated to right on rock within beaded inner circle, one penny above, date below, all incuse on a raised border, edge plain, 9.90g/12h (Freeman 850; BMC 2122; Magnay 284, this coin; Bamford 190; Adams 179). Characteristic group of rust spots on neck, large spot in obverse field and further small spots on reverse, otherwise brilliant and practically as struck, very rare £250-300
