4388417 Private Thomas Paul died on 10 August 1944, whilst serving with 7th Bn., Duke of Wellington’s (West Riding Regiment). He was the son of Thomas and Elizabeth Jane Paul, of South Shields, County Durham, and is buried in Ranville War Cemetery, Normandy.
