Engine Room Artificer William Charles Duncan, Royal Navy, was killed when the submarine C.33 was lost through unknown causes in the North Sea on 4/5 August 1915, aged 31 years. His name is commemorated on the Chatham Naval Memorial. He was the son of W.B. and J. Duncan of 2 Henry Street, Rochester, Kent, and husband of Minnie May Morgan (formerly Duncan), of 9 Liss Road, Southsea, Portsmouth. With copied research.
