Isa Khan was commissioned on 1 January 1901 with the Bahawalpur Imperial Service Troops. From 1 January 1918 he was Adjutant and Second in Command of ‘Bahawalpur Combined Mounted Rifles and Camel Transport. He is shown with the rank of Major in the I.S.T. List for 1921.
