The destroyer H.M.S. Punjabi won Battle Honours for Narvik 1940, Atlantic 1940-42, Norway 1941, Bismarck Action 1941 and Arctic 1941-42, but was sunk in a collision with the battleship King George V during PQ. 15 in May 1942.
