Katherine Agnes de la Poer Beresford, of Axham Lodge, Derwent Lodge, Oswestry, Shropshire, enrolled in the Dorset Detachment of the V.A.D. in June 1916. She was posted to France on 22 April 1918 and served at the Boulogne Rest Station, June 1918, with F.A.N.Y. Convoy Staff, June-October 1918, and at Gournay, Boulogne, October-November 1918.
