John Thomas Nash was born in Holborn, South Shields, Durham and enlisted at South Shields. Serving in the 7th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment, he was killed in action on 30 September 1915, aged 27 years. He was buried in the Voormezeele Enclosure No.3.

William Oscar Hooley was born in Hyson Green, Nottingham and enlisted at Nottingham. Serving with the 1st Battalion King’s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, he died of wounds on 2 November 1918, aged 28 years. He was buried in the St. Sever Cemetery Extension, Rouen. He was the son of Oscar and Ada Hooley of Nottingham and husband of Dorothy Mary Hooley of 51 Gauntley Street, Hyson Green, Nottingham.

Anthony Wiles was born and lived in Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees. Serving with the 9th Battalion Yorkshire Regiment, he was killed in action on 5 October 1918, aged 22 years. He was buried in the Beaurevoir Communal Cemetery British Extension. He was the son of John and Mary Wiles of Eaglescliffe, Co. Durham.
