Private Leslie Roughton, 18th Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers, died on 17 June 1920, aged 24 years. He was buried in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne (Byker and Heaton) Cemetery. He was the son of Alfred John and Margaret Roughton of 4 Gordon Road, Byker, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and husband of Elizabeth Roughton.
