Lieut. & Q.M., R.A.M.C.); British War and Victory Medals, with M.I.D. oak leaf (Q.M & Capt.); General Service 1918-62, 1 clasp, Iraq (Q.M. & Capt.); Army L.S. & G.C., E.VII.R. (9235 Q.M.
