Romania, Michael i, First Reign, 75th Anniversary of the School of Agriculture, Bucharest, 1928, cast bronze medal signed S. J., bust of Michael facing wearing shirt and tie, reverse frontal elevation of school, 60mm. Cleaned in the past and only about very fine, not of good work but rare (£15-20)

Numismatic portraits from Michael’s first reign are rare; the only coin portraits are those shown on the small nickel brass 20-Leu and 5-Leu of 1930.
