Worcestershire, Dudley, Spence’s mule Halfpence (4), distant view of Dudley Castle, revs. shepherd, clear date, edge plain, 10.35g/6h (DH 7); partly obliterated date (3), london and engrailed edge, 9.55g/6h (DH 8a), edge plain (2), 10.62g/5h, 10.54g/5h (both DH 8b, latter plated) [4]. Extremely fine and better, DH 8a with full original colour, DH 7 and 8b with glossy brown patina £200-250
