Driver William McNeill, 12 Brigade, R.F.A. entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 11 September 1914. He later served with the Royal Defence Corps and Royal Engineers. Between the wars he lived in Edinburgh and applied for replacement medals in 1936. With copied m.i.c. which confirms clasp.
