Thomas Peaver is confirmed on the roll as a Sergeant Royal Marines aboard the Surinam at the capture of Guadaloupe. He enlisted into the Portsmouth Division of the Royal Marines on 28 March 1801 and saw service in the following vessels: Bellerophon from June 1801; Superieure from January 1804; Curieux from July 1808; Surinam from August 1809, and Arachne from May 1810. He is shown as being on passage to England aboard Ringdove in October 1812, and was discharged due to concussion of the brain on 17 February 1815. Sold with some research.
