Edward Reardon is confirmed on the roll as an Able Seaman aboard the Princess Charlotte, Admiral Sir Robert Stopford’s flagship at Syria. He was born at Enniskillen, Co. Cork, in 1811 and was a Waterman before he joined the Navy on 15 June 1837. In view of his previous sea experience he was immediately rated an Able Seaman. Sold with some research.
