Robert McCondach was the only son of George and Helen McCondach. Sergeant Robert McCondach, Royal Air Force, serving with No. 11 Squadron, was shot down and killed in action on 14 October 1918, aged 24 years. He was buried in the Vadencourt British Cemetery, Maissemy, Aisne, France. Sold with notes from his cousin. The C.W.G.C. gives the details that Robert McCondach was the son of Helen McCondach, of Queen’s Lodge, Inchmarlo, Banchory, Kincardineshire, and the late Hugh McCondach.
