Memorial Plaque 1914-18 (John Kempler Taylor) in card envelope, nearly extremely fine £40-60
John Kempler Taylor was born and lived in Hebburn-on-Tyne and enlisted at Sunderland. Serving with the 10th Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment, he was killed in action, France/Flanders on 17 October 1917, aged 22 years. He was buried in the Cement House Cemetery, Belgium. He was the son of Margaret Jane Taylor of 4 Station Road, Hebburn, Co. Durham and the late William Henry Taylor.
