Gerald James Hardwicke Cowie was commissioned into the 10th Battalion, Royal Fusiliers on 13 January 1917, with whom he gained the award of the Military Cross. He was killed in action in France and Flanders on 23 April 1917. (Note spelling of surname).
Arthur James Bland was killed in action in France and Flanders on 8 May 1915.
