The Emperor Napoleon I of France, a large framed and glazed vellum document being a Lettres Patent issued in 1812 to Ferdinand Jean Belie authorising him to continue in the service of the King of Naples and the two Sicilies given at L’Elysee Imperial Palace and bearing the ‘long’ signature of the Emperor, an accompanying letter gives sale details over the last 40 years; some creasing and folding damage and some of the hand written details faint, a 4” tear at the bottom left hand but not affecting the text £400-500
