Lanarkshire Yeomanry Officer’s Lance Cap Plate c. 1911 - 1914, a superb period example, copper gilt back plate overlaid in silver with a large single casting being the crown over thistle sprays enclosing an oval title strap with the double headed eagle of Lanark in the centre and an applied scroll at the bottom ‘South Africa 1900 - 02’, mint state £600-800
