Royal Horse Guards Officer’s 1871 Pattern Helmet, German silver skull complete with all gilt metal fittings frontal plate of the 1871 - 1901 period, slight enamel damage to the central section and one star tip missing on the silver overlay, complete with red horse hair plume and special pattern plume holder (securing section loose), gilt leather lined chin chain and large rosette supporters, original silk and leather lining (some wear), good overall condition £1500-1800
