Includes a loan of £100,000 from the governors and directors of the bank, various sums from private banks within and outside of London, including Barings, Coutts, Goslings, Bristol Bank, York Bank, £320,000 from the directors of the East India Company, £200,000 from the South Sea Company and £10,000 from Abraham Newland. Signed at the end by Abraham Newland, Chief Cashier. Pages watermarked with either royal cypher or royal coat of arms. Extremely rare £400-500
