Henry William Harlow was born in Brixton, lived in Lambeth and enlisted at Handel Street, London. Serving with the 1st Battalion London Regiment, he was killed in action on 16 June 1917, aged 21 years. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Arras memorial. He was the son of Henry W. and Kate Harlow, of 46 Cornwall Road, Brixton, London.
