Jack Barnes, R. W. Bushell, William T. Mattingley, George J. Ridgewell and Arthur A. Wright also served in the Labour Corps, and were awarded the B.W.M. and Victory Medals.

Harry Elison Bailey served in the 1st/6th Battalion, East Surrey Regiment, and afterwards in the 1st/5th Battalion, and was discharged suffering from ‘debility’ in November 1919. He was entitled to the B.W.M. and Victory Medals.

James Harding’s service record is available online - he enlisted in August 1914, and served with the 1st/4th and 2nd/4th Battalions, Royal Sussex Regiment, and later in the 1st/5th and 6th Battalions, Royal Warwickshire Regiment, and sustained a gunshot wound to his back on 19 July 1916. He was entitled to the B.W.M. and Victory Medals.

Thomas Charles Evan Cooke’s service record is available online - he enlisted in Bournemouth in August 1914, aged 33, served in India from 2
January 1915 to 26 September 1916, with the 2nd/7th Hampshire Regiment, and later transferred to the Labour Corps. He was entitled to the Territorial Force War Medal, in addition to the B.W.M. and Victory Medals.

William Frampton was born at Cadnam, Hampshire and, following service in the Hampshire Regiment, transferred to the 2/1st Battalion, Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire Light Infantry (No. 285099), and was killed in action 30 March 1918. Entitled to the B.W.M. and Victory Medals, he is commemorated on the Pozieres Memorial.

F. V. Harold was entitled to the B.W.M. and Victory Medals.
