Alexander John Davidson MacDonald, who was from Airdrie, was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant, R.G.A., in May 1918, and was entitled to the B.W.M. and Victory Medals.

Frederick McKeown, who entered France as a Gunner, R.F.A., in January 1917, was later commissioned in the R.A.F., and was also entitled to the B.W.M. and Victory Medals.

Thomas Roy Potter’s service record is available online - born in Attleburgh, Norfiolk, he enlisted in November 1917 and served out in France with the 1st Battalion H.A.C. (Infantry) from August 1918 to 11 November 1918. He re-enlisted in the R.A. after the War and was finally discharged in 1927.

Charles Harry Ecob, who was born in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, was entitled to a single B.W.M.

C. A. Harding and F. Ketley were entitled to the B.W.M. and Victory Medals.

Stanley Clifford Rampling’s service record is available online - he served in the Egypt theatre of war, but was discharged as a result of diphtheric paralysis and malaria, and was awarded the Silver War Badge.

Walter Battle, Arthur Henry Ashman, George Finlay and J. Frost were entitled to the B.W.M. and Victory Medals - the latter served in the M.G.C. Motor Machine Gun Branch and may well have served in the newly formed Tank Corps.

William McDougall originally went out to France in May 1915 as a member of the Seaforth Highlanders, but subsequently transferred to the M.G.C. He was from Nethy Bridge, Invernesshire.
