Imperial German Army Entrenching Tools comprising an all steel example approx. 62 cms in length with one serrated edge the head possibly designed to unscrew, the second with spade shaped head and wooden haft stamped ‘Herder Solingen 1916’ approx. 52 cms in length, a leather belt attachment for accommodating the latter and a further leather belt attachment stamped with the Imperial crown over 14, good condition (4) £200-250
