Private Thomas Henry Mountford, Coldstream Guards, enlisted on 10 February 1903 and entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 21 August 1914. He was discharged on 4 May 1915 having suffered a gun shot wound to his right arm. Entitled to the clasp to his Star and a Silver War Badge. With copied m.i.c. and roll extract.
