Cuthbert Robson Spraggon was born in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, c.1893. He died in 1988. With original (damaged) registered envelopes (2) and slip to accompany the M.S.M. addressed to Spraggon at ‘1 Benwell Grove, Newcastle-on-Tyne’. With copied m.i.c. and gazette and census extracts.
