Sold with paperwork attributing the award to Temporary Sub. Lieutenant D. Luton, R.N.V.R., who was awarded the D.S.C. for his services as C.O. of H.D.M.L. 1333 in the Dutch East Indies in 1946 (London Gazette 22 April 1947, refers).
