Private T. A. Smith served in the 66th (Yorkshire) Company, 3rd Battalion Imperial Yeomanry. He embarked for South Africa, 13 March 1900; was invalided to England, 3 July 1900; returned to South Africa, 3 January 1901 and served until the cessation of hostilities. Also awarded the Queen’s Medal with clasps for Cape Colony and Orange Free State. With copied roll extracts.
