An accompanying letter from the Central Chancery of Orders of Knighthood confirms that M.V.O. 4th class, No. 1313 was awarded to The Reverend Edmund Fellows, on 1st January 1931 on the occasion of the restoration of St. George's Chapel in November 1930.
