SOUTH AFRICA 1834-53 (Henry Daniells, 73rd Regt.) edge bruises and contact marks, nearly very fine
Henry Daniells was 'wounded in the leg on the 4th December, 1851, in action during the recent Kaffir War', and was in hospital in consequence for about six weeks. He is in possession of three good conduct badges. He is in possession of a Kaffir War Medal and of a Medal for the Indian Mutiny. He has been entered thirty eight times in the Regimental Defaulters Book, and twice tried by Court Martial.' Sold with copy discharge papers.
