BATTLE OF BUNKER'S HILL 1775, an old facsimile of the silver badge given to Captain Ewing by King George III, together with 300 Pound for the wound he received on the 17th of June 1775, fitted with later ring for suspension, very fine

This would appear to be the same badge illustrated by Mayo (Plate 14) who states that it was formerly in the collection of Captain John Hamilton.
